A: The answer is simple! Kershaw2Go is a hometown delivery service that provides customers an easy way to place an online order from restaurants or stores in Kershaw County and have a driver bring it to their door. Our local business partners benefit because they get up to 30% increases in sales for deliveries, and our drivers earn great tips by delivering to customers who were previously unable to get this type of service. Service fees based on mileage allow us to deliver further than ever possible before, so you'll notice that your service fee is based on how far away from the restaurant you are.

A: Kershaw2Go is proud to be a company that’s owned and operated by residents right here in Kershaw County. We work one-on-one with local businesses to give them access to award-winning delivery throughout the county that none of our national competitors can match. Since we’re committed to serving our local area, we also donate more money to non-profits and participate in community events. As a local business that cares deeply about our drivers, we offer them benefits those larger competitors cannot, such as competitive pay, bonuses, and coverage for wear and tear on their vehicles.

A: Kershaw2Go currently covers around 720 square miles of Kershaw County, South Carolina. This allows us to provide dedicated service to more than 68,000 residents. Mileage range does vary by restaurant.  This range is typically between 20 - 25 miles.

A: We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and our KC2Go Gift Cards. For the safety of our drivers, they carry less than $5 cash. Cash and Checks are currently not accepted.

A: We love to help you find a great deal, so we’re happy to honor certain coupons. Kershaw2Go often offers special discount codes. Look for these in your email inbox and on our social media pages. Periodically, our restaurant partners may also offer an ONLINE coupon. We will accept those. However, we do not accept any print marketing coupon that does not also have our partner code and logo printed on it.

A: If the customer is unable to receive the delivery, the driver will wait at the delivery location for no more than 10 minutes and attempt to reach the customer by telephone and text message. If the customer does not respond within the given time frame, the food will be discarded. No refunds are provided if delivery is made to the location and no one is available to receive the order.

A: As of March 14, Kershaw2Go requires that all orders have a tip on it. Drivers are self-employed and, as such, are not paid by the hour. So, yes, your driver works for tips and they are very much appreciated. A: We work hard to contract with restaurants that are interested in our service. If your favorite restaurant isn't with us yet, give them a ring and tell them how awesome it would be to order delivery from them and send them to fill out the vendor app on our site. Please also note that we are NEW to the neighborhood! We are scaling out and up responsibly - the more restaurants we have, the more drivers we need!

A: The process is simple and convenient. You’ll order your groceries on the retailer’s website and we’ll pick them up after you’ve ordered! Visit Walmart.com and under Free Grocery Pickup, select Start an Order. Ensure you choose the Camden, SC location. Select the items that you wish to have picked up, then checkout. When prompted, ensure that Kershaw2Go is listed as the service picking up your order. When placing your pickup order with Kershaw2Go, place the confirmation number in the Special Instructions. Without this number, we are unable to pick up your groceries. You will also use our advance delivery options and give us at least 1.5 hour window before your items must be picked up. Items from Walmart are picked up and delivered straight to your door. Unfortunately, we are unable to take them into the house for you.

Delivery Your Way and stores that the driver must shop orders are subject to a 20% Shopping fee.  Your order will be adjusted to the amount on the receipt at time of check out from the individual store.  

A: We begin picking up orders at 8:00 AM and continue until 9:00 PM Monday – Saturday, and Sunday from 11 AM - 7 PM. Restaurants that have partnered with us may have different hours. Their page will tell you what their hours are and if they're currently available at the time of your order.

A: The delivery fee is based on how far away from the restaurant you live. We could restrict our service area, but then many people wouldn't be able to enjoy delivery. We wanted to balance the rural aspects of Kershaw County with the desire for great food and items delivered. By charging delivery fees based on distance, we're able to afford to do that. Our drivers use industry standard hot bags to keep food hot for the trip. Delivery times also depend on the restaurant's prep time PLUS the drive to your house. Please keep this in mind.

A: A percentage of the delivery fee is given to the driver to pay for gas and upkeep of their car (on average our drivers make between $15 - $20 per hour). The other amount goes to the company overhead to pay for web hosting and maintenance, marketing, etc. The tip goes to the driver to pay for their time and effort. A: Your credit card is charge 20% (maximum $20) more than your order as a "pending" transaction. This allows us to add any customer-requested items or tip to the original transaction/order. Once the order is finalized, the payment will be captured for the exact amount.

A: We work hard to keep our fees as low as possible for our partnered restaurant and customers alike.  Kershaw2Go has some of the lowest fees in comparison to the national brands. While every agreement is different with restaurants regarding food prices and can be different than those when visiting your local favorite restaurant. We charge a standard 15% Service Fee and Delivery Fee as part of our service.  Starting March 7th, we will be adding a temporary 5% Driver Fuel Surcharge in order to help our drivers maintain the same quality of service you expect.

A: Let’s be polite and introduce ourselves: DeliverClub is a food ordering platform that allows customers to search thousands of restaurants across hundreds of cities nationwide, for their perfect meal, and have it delivered to them by one of our experienced food delivery providers, such as Kershaw2Go.

A: DeliverClub membership is optional but phenomenal, especially if you are a frequent foodie. You can try the membership free for 30 days to give it a test drive, and experience a ton of cost savings on free and reduced delivery fees all month long. You may cancel this trial at any time.

A: The monthly membership fee gives you free and discounted delivery from tons of local favorite restaurants, and reduced delivery fees from other restaurants depending on distance and order size. DeliverClub members may also receive exclusive coupons and promotions in addition to their everyday delivery fee savings.

A: You can locate your membership profile in your account profile by logging into your account. In your membership profile section, you can edit the payment method for membership charges, and/or pause your membership. You can also view the history of membership payments and credits in this section.
